Sharing a look into the behind the scenes of a Bottling Day with Levo Wine, photographed at their Tin City winery in Paso Robles. Our goal was to capture a little bit of everything, from the team perfecting the positioning of wine labels to be adhered to bottles, forklift maneuvering, last tastings prior to bottling, to the little moments like Tasting Room pup Clair watching all of the action or the experience of sharing the wines with close friends and Bret’s family. There is just something so captivating about experiencing the hard work, passion, genuine excitement, and attention to detail that goes into the production side of winemaking. It never gets old. And after months of work on the design side, it’s pure magic to see the label designs come to life through print. During this January 2018 bottling, Levo bottled The Right to Bear FLOWXRS Grenache, Rosé, and E99 No. 2’s Cabernet Sauvignon.
